Feed requirements

What to send

A clean feed is helpful, but it does not need to be custom-built. Existing marketplace or catalog exports are usually enough to start.
01

Feed URL or sample export

AmmoSeek feeds, Gun.Deals feeds, Coreware/coreFORCE exports, Google Merchant feeds, CSV, XML, JSON, FTP/SFTP exports, and read-only catalog APIs can all be reviewed.

02

Required product fields

Product URL, title, price, stock status, image URL, category, brand or manufacturer, SKU, UPC/GTIN, and MPN.

03

Helpful store context

Update cadence, whether the feed is full inventory, MAP or cart-price notes, shipping or fee notes, and affiliate/referral requirements.

Accepted formats
AmmoSeek feed URL Gun.Deals/Coreware feed URL Google Merchant feed CSV, XML, JSON, FTP, or SFTP export Read-only catalog API

Process

What happens next

  1. 1

    Private feed test

I validate the file format, map the fields, and check whether prices, stock, product URLs, and images line up with your store pages.

  2. 2

    UPC and MPN matching

UPC and MPN matching connects offers across retailers. UPC wins when present; manufacturer plus MPN is the fallback.

  3. 3

    Review and cleanup

Broken images, unusual categories, missing prices, mismatch issues, and implausible discounts are fixed before the feed is used publicly.

  4. 4

    Go live

Products are listed only after the feed looks clean enough to show shoppers. Bad rows stay out of public deal surfaces.

Listing details

How your products show up

What shoppers see

Your products can appear on product pages, retailer comparison rows, ammo CPR pages, search results, and deal surfaces when the data supports it.

How buyers get back to you

Firearm Data Lab does not sell products or process orders. Clicks go directly to your product page using approved affiliate links when available or normal store URLs otherwise.

No custom build required

The easiest path is whatever export your store already maintains. I'd rather adapt to your existing feed than ask your team to build something new.

Common questions

Retailer notes

Is listing free?

Yes. There are no setup, monthly, listing, or click fees.

Do you require affiliate links?

No. If you already have approved tracking links, I can use them. Otherwise, shoppers can be sent to standard product URLs.

Can I send a sample first?

Yes. A small sample export is enough to test mapping, categories, pricing, stock, images, and product URLs.

Will bad data go public?

No. Feed testing happens privately, and products are published only after the data looks clean.

Ready to be included?

Send your feed URL or sample export.

I'll review it privately and follow up if anything needs clarification.
